Very good value for money. Ideal location and great staff. The kitchen area is great. The only real problem is that the lift has been out of order for months.

Reasonably priced but grubby
Good location for me. Very reasonably priced. Facilities in room good Quite grubby furniture in the room. Blinds faulty. Too light. Very noisy roadside. Difficult to sleep. Fridge quite dirty. Sink taps falling off. I normally equate a room. As to whether I would bring my wife and unfortunately I would not

I had to complain about 4 things that were a problem with my room and I checked out of my room a day earlier than my 2 nights. 1, The heater in the living area didn’t work and it was cold. 2, the blinds did not go all the way across in the living area. 3, there was no plug for the bathroom sink. 4, worst of all there was excrement on the underside of the duvet cover.

I stayed here after a night out to save travelling back home when I arrived back to my room after night out I was greeted by the smell of cannabis from the room next to me and extremely loud music untill half 4 the following morning There is no where to communicate with any staff through out the night and as a woman on my own i felt unsafe to ask them to be quiet

Only as a last resort.
No internet connectivity, furnishings worn,no receptionist on arrival just a member if management issuing room keys at random. Heating in room faulty and one hanging off the wall. Fridge in room had been turned off and food had been left in it. Anither resident family's children running up and down corridor at 1oclock in morning. Overall a poor experience.

Worst place i've stayed
Very Dirty, Service very poor, tried to get a receipt on check out and wasn't given one have tried contacting since to get a receipt and get cut off the phone call after a while. Worst place i've stayed and am constantly staying in hotels for my work.

Do not book - very poor repair and dirty!!
Do not book at this hotel. Rooms are filthy dirty, very grimy, unclean cups and crockery. Very poor repair overall. We had no water, moved rooms 3 times, there were rats on the carpark. Now fighting for a refund, which was promised by the manager. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Disgusting avoid at all costs
This place is disgusting it shouldnt even be an option on hotels.com, its dirty, smells, stained cushions, it feels unsafe , we ended up.locking all our belongings in the car when we went out. The main doors are left wide open all Night, was too scared to pull back the sheets to look at the mattress, our friends had clipped toenails on the window sill and no hot water.

This will be our third stay at the oyo Cannock and the most comfortable as the new manager made us feel very comfortable and gave us a lovely clean room and told us if we needed anything we’d only have to ask and it would be done and that was the case 😁

whole experience was terrible, i was given a suite with a kitchen , not what i booked. receptionist took his time responding to my arrival after i rang the number at the entrance. Tried to get into my room initialy key would not turn easily , then lock cylinder came out of door, i had to replace it -- took 5 minutes. Room was freezing, only one socket for heater, light and television, no remote for television, went back to entrance had to wait more time for receptionist, he came i told him my problems he said he would get me a second heater or find me another room. After 15 minutes i chatted with expedia via website problem not resolved, receptionist then rang back and offered a refund said he would not check me in. I booked another hotel for the two nights. Not a nice experience.
