Situated near the High st, near restaurants and the Marlow Theatre. Rooms, hotel restaurant and rooms decorated to high standard. Plenty of parking at the hotel.
Great location. Excellent room. The hotel has a really nice atmosphere created in part by the staff together with the interesting decor and layout of the public spaces.
Lovely breakfast. We were put in their accessible ground floor room, but unfortunately it was quite noisy due to the outside door being slammed day and night.
Staff were lovely, and the cocktails were fabulous. Great location near to the city centre.
Can’t fault our stay. Warm welcome at check in, very quick and easy to find our accommodation. Suite was bright, thoughtfully decorated and very very clean. All the information we needed about the hotel and services was either communicated directly or left in the room for us to read. Complimentary hot drinks, warm room and comfortable bed. Nicely equipped bathroom and a hairdryer which was really appreciated.
Breakfast was really good and so quick. Never received a full English breakfast as quickly as that. Waiting staff were lovely. Easy and friendly check out. We won’t hesitate to return
Had a lovely stay for one night at the Falstaff. Very historic inn dating back to the 16th Century. Room lovely and clean with comfortable bed. Staff were very pleasant, helpful and friendly.
Boyfriend and I went here for our 1 year anniversary/ Valentine’s Day. We stayed for 2 nights with breakfast included both mornings. We were truly looked after and all the staff are so friendly and professional. The room is absolutely stunning with ‘posh’ tea and coffee ready for you as-well as a kettle, cups, water and glasses. They have a happy hour between 6-7 which we took full advantage off as the cocktails are absolutely beautiful. Can’t wait to stay here again
Friendly and welcoming staff, great drinks, gorgeous and comfortable rooms and in a great location. Would definitely stay again!

Room 34 no heating
We were told they had given us an upgrade on arrival. The room itself was fine but unfortunately the heating in the room wasn't working. We raised our concerns with reception at 5pm, we went out at 6pm and explained at reception again that the room was very cold and the heating wasn't working. We were told they would look into it. At 9 30pm we returned to the room and still no heating it was freezing. We went to the bar to warm up and asked reception what they had done as it was still cold. He said he would find out and let us know. The first receptionist we spoke to arrived back and basically said there were no rooms free and nothing they could do. My husband asked for a electric heater as it was too cold to stay in that room, they said they don't have any. My husband pointed out that the receptionist was literally standing in front of one behind his desk. They eventually put it in our room. The reception staff really weren't interested in helping us
Hotel is lovely. The cosy doubke is small. Also, he aware that the hotel car park is only for patrons, but you are charged £12 a day extra, which is a bit of a con and should he included in the stay. So factor that into your fees
