Staff were very friendly and helpful . Food good value . Building slightly tired but room clean and good value . We had gone to a wedding elsewhere so was great location, clean tidy good breakfast and ticked all the boxes .

We had our young grandson with us late afternoon/early evening for dinner & found it impossible to find a table outside which was out of earshot of some of the most vile language we've ever heard. (And we both grew up & still live on one of the largest & roughest council estates in the UK) The room itself was ok, though the cleanliness of the bathroom left much to be desired. The mattress was too firm & not comfortable. Herbal tea in the room is usually provided in other b&bs, as are biscuits ... The staff were, in the main, kind & efficient. However, when I paid for breakfast, the woman at the bar needed help to open the till, had no idea what we had (despite us being the only guests in the dining room) and was unaware that drinks were included! Overall, the premises are tired, in a state of disrepair & in need of a complete tidy up, inside & out.

My sister and i really enjoyed our stay at the Oysterfleet Hitel. We had a delicious meal at Angela's Steak House and the full english breakfast was very tasty and great value for money. We will definitely be coming back again.

The Property is tired looking with poor facilities and is in need of upgrading and investment. the only reason it still trading is because it is the only hotel in the Town. When compared to Premier inn rooms it is very poor.

Were allowed to check in a bit earlier which was great. Room was a bit warm, luckily we brought a fan (suggest you do too). Bed was comfy but it is only a double (not king size). Good shower. Good food in the restaurant and at breakfast. Might be an idea to get a toaster rather than one of those toasting conveyors as it wastes electricity, is rubbish and heats the room up (ok in winter but not summer). All staff were lovely and really an asset to the business.
