The room was clean, pleanty of hot water, comfortable mattress, good brakfast. There was an annoying green light that flashed through the evening. My husband thought it might be a router.

We were welcomed at check in by a delightful lady named Jewel. She gave us a ground floor lovely room because I have a walking issue. Your hotel is clean and comfortable and so close to the port Canaveral cruise pier. Jewel explained that they offer park and cruise transportation to and from the pier if we choose to do that at a reduced rate from the pier parking garage. I highly recommend your hotel.

It was very close to the cruise Port. The price was reasonable and appreciate the free breakfast. Price was in line with my expectations. Would stay here again if I take another cruise out of Port Canaveral.

Check in young lady was rude, not all of the front desk, just one person. Had lots of loud people in lobby more than once. Ice machine didn't workon our floor. Hot tub broke. Very clean though

Not maintained well, Filthy carpet, Mouldy and bad odour in the rooms. My colleague who stayed in a different room had to change his room 3 times due to something not working. There are much better options around, this one should go for a revamp and deep clean

The staff was patient, kind and helpful during our stay. They went the extra step of offering assistance with several things. Highly recommend this hotel for other Disney cruisers!
