The stay for the most part was good. The computers went down and it took a long period of time to get our room. We sat in the lobby for over 2 hours waiting. The staff was great though.

Hotel stay was amazing, my only complaint was that I had booked 2 rooms at the Holiday Inn Express 4 and half months in advance asking to have connecting rooms. When I arrived on February 28th, my 2 rooms were located in different areas.

This hotel is convenient and right down from the cruise terminals. It was a short drive to begin our vacation. The free breakfast was great, and the area was clean. They have a nice pool, free laundry area for guests, and plenty of parking. The only negative is that you have to pay $15 tax for parking. There is no reason they cannot offer free parking. Due to the convenience, I would recommend this hotel to others .

Took hours to checkin

This was our second stay at this location. Checkin was delayed several hours and the system was down. That happens but what should not happen is that there was no plan on what to do. Many people standing around waiting to checkin and scant communication from the desk on what was going on and how they were going to proceed. Obviously, there was no backup plan and no training on what to do.

The staff were great. Got to see the big Cruise ships docked across the street from us at Terminal 3. Very nice pool with lounge chairs and cabanas.
