Just waiting on Carnival Cruise Day

Front desk was easy to do business with. Very kind ladies. Breakfast personal was also friendly and food was good. Outside Tiki bar was enjoyable. Beer was very good after a 7 hour drive. Also had appetizers and sandwich at the tiki bar. Food was very good.

I’ve stayed a couple of times before cruises. Insanely easy to get to the cruise terminals, as well as very easy access to food options. All within a 5 minute drive. Always super clean rooms and property. Great pool area and tiki bar. Also, half of the rooms can see the cruise ships and SpaceX rockets at the port. Rooms also have ceiling fans. Great hotel for families. Only place I’ll stay in the area.

Check in was horrible. We planned on arriving at midnight so got a room for the day before so we could rest. However our flight was delayed by 6 hours so we didn’t get there until 0700. We prepaid for the room. The woman checking us in was very polite and helpful, however the other worker with her began to “scold” us for not calling to tell them we were going to be late and they were just about to cancel our reservation since we hadn’t shown up. It’s a prepaid reservation mind you!! That was the last thing my family needed after traveling 20 hours including 3 layovers and 6 hours of delay from Hawaii to Florida. I didn’t even get her name.. all we wanted was a bed (the bed I prepaid for which she yelled at me she almost cancelled). Otherwise the room was clean,and comfortable breakfast was good, parking was never an issue. Housekeeping was great.
