The stay was decent but I was disappointed to find out I am paying to stay at the hotel but also have to pay for parking my vehicle. That is very rare to see. Also, the breakfast looked mostly like a continental breakfast that I also have to pay for. For Breakfast I am ok with the idea of paying but when it has a slightly better selection than a normally free continental breakfast, I went to get food elsewhere. Overall the hotel quality is good but the added expenses that other hotels don’t usually charge for is a turn off for return visits.

Not so Happy at all!

All was wonderful until it was time to go to sleep - the air conditioner was insanely loud and sounded like water was leaking from it alllll night long - it was horrible and my family got little to no sleep and I have children on the autism spectrum so honestly it was a NIGHTMARE!

This hotel was very clean, quiet, and close to everything. The staff were great. They were nice and helped me when I had questions. Would definitely stay here again.

The wed site said breakfast was included but then they wanted to charge us 10 or 12 dollars a plate. They also charged us to park my car on the lot for the night i was staying there. Now if my car was staying the whole time we was on the cruise that would be different but it was not. The person at the desk also told me that my son room would be close to mine and it wason another floor. Was not happy worh the staff or the policys

My stay here was very good. Check in and out were fairly smooth. They have a small unheated outdoor pool for kids. There are two coin operated washer/dryers on the 4th floor that only cost $1.50 per load. Although I appreciate access to the washer/dryers, for the size of the building, it would have been nice to have a few more machines available. The machines were often occupied with people waiting. If the coin machine runs out of quarters, the front desk will say that they do not have change. An option is to go next door to the hotel next to this one. Their lobby has a coin machine next to their vending machine. Overall, my family and I enjoyed our stay. We would stay here again. The employees were great. The only reason I'm giving this place 4 stars instead of 5 for staff and service is because I believe they are a little understaffed. The employees who are working there deserve 10 stars for working so hard. The hotel was very clean. The elevators worked well. Breakfast buffet (cost $11 unless it was included with your booking) was decent. The pizza they sold in the lobby was good too.
