The beds were quite comfortable and most of the staff were quite nice to deal with. However, the restaurant was short-staffed and made for extremely long waits to even get water let alone food. Wish we would have known that Burger King was next door as we would have gone there instead of a 2+ hour wait

Hotel is new and very clean, but had to pay for parking and breakfast which was a surprise. Put us on first floor right next to a loud and busy exit door, and made no effort to adjust location when I mentioned it was not preferred. I guess they assume that everyone is there for a cruise and won’t care, but that was not the case for us.

Hotel Clerk was very nice and bubbly. She was very helpful!! The room and property is beautiful and in great walking distance to dining options. Only thing I would say is that the breakfast options are meh and only free depending on how u book. But there is a Burger King and Mc Donald’s in walking distance.

Cruise over night stay

Just a quick trip before our cruise. Loved the access to the roof top bar. Great views of the area and the sunset. Clean room, bathroom and comfortable bed.
