I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were really kind. My only complaint is the room, it always felt humid inside. I never could get the room to feel cool enough even with having the degree set to 68.

The location was great our cruise and the hotel was clean. What I did not like was that I booked 4 rooms and paid far in advance. One of the rooms was booked in our granddaughter husband name. Recently they separated and would not let her check in because room was in Jakes name. I show her my reservation confirmation and still grudgingly she did allow her to a check in.

I was disappointed that I had to schedule a shuttle from the airport to the hotel 2 days prior. It was quite inconvenient when we weren't aware of this when we arrived and called for a shuttle. In our previous travels to other hotels, shuttles were provided every 20 mins or you can call the hotel for a shuttle. Other than that, everything else was good.

Nice and clean hotel. Check-in was quick and easy. Staff was knowledgeable about transportation to and from the cruise port which was helpful. The one thing that really stood out about our room is that it is very spacious with the shower and sick separate from the commode and sink. This allows for someone to shower if the other person is using the restroom. Beds were a little hard but it was doable. I would stay here again!!!
