We enjoyed our stay.. our room was nice but could’ve used a deeper cleaning.. our feet would be black walking on the floors. They need to be mopped . Needs more towels in the rooms, especially for larger guests. Pool was nice n pretty clean but the area to bbq, needs to be watched n cleaned. No one was watching the kids!! Kids were coming from the beach full of sand n would play in the sauna.. that was disgustingly filthy!!!

Not bad for a last minute getaway rooms really need to be remodeled sliding door didn’t lock and it was hard to slide open or close bathroom door didn’t lock floors had sand like it wasn’t cleaned

Not good at all

There was mold in the room. The floors were so dirty you had to wear shoes the whole time. And the pool is full of rust spots.

Great location . Great view from room. However room was gross . Bathroom smelt like old urine . Mold all over walls and ceilings . Room reeked of cigarette smoke

Wouldn’t take my family here ever again

Hotel needs renovation severely. Shower jad mold around the shower head. Sink clogged. Water stains and pockets over walls. They do not deep clean the rooms pulled dresser and bed out sand dirt and debris everywhere.

The Beach Terrace is dirty the linen was dirty r the room was nasty. I would never stay here again m. The manager was so rude when I complained about the conditions he was like go fight with ur credit card company. I didn’t understand how they pass the STATE inspection. The place needs to be condemned

Property has lots of potential but needs serious maintenance repairs, remodeling, and cleaning a must. You can see the molds, rotten ceilings and very bad condition on whole building inside and outside.

Ok for price. Run down, old and miserable staff.

The entire hotel needs to be updated. Which was to be expected since we’ve stayed here before. The hotel staff during check in were just miserable. Young man and a young blonde just seemed like people checking in were bothering them. Not sure why they would be working at a front desk with nasty attitudes.
