Smelled really bad in the hotel and rooms. Shower head was broken and sprayed unevenly. Shower doors were dirty. Other than check in, there was never anyone at the front desk. You had to call a number in order to get customer service. Paid over $200 a night and was not remotely worth it. Nope.

The rooms and the hotel it self qas very clean. The front desk staff lerson was very friendly and helpful. The only negative is the shower did not drain properly.

The hotel was clean. It’s off season so it’s not busy. However, everything smelled like food. The rooms, hallway, downstairs. Everything had a stench of food. It was fine for a night but I wouldn’t stay again.

Very accommodating.

We took a last minute trip to see my son in Cape May. With the prices of other hotels being crazy high in CM, we settled for a stay in Wildwood. I believe we were the only patrons there due to it being off season. So a lot of what would normally be offered such as breakfast was not open. Totally understandable. Unfortunately, My daughter became ill on the trip. They were very kind helped with offering extra linens. Check in and out was also super convenient.

Half the city was out of power

When we showed up to the hotel, half the city was out of power. I called them and he happily moved me to another hotel they managed accross the street that had power. Amazing customer service for something that was out of their control.

Large, generally clean room which was updated. Parking under the building was awkward. The neighborhood was questionable, perhaps bc it was off-season.
