Perfect trip to Cape Town at Cape Grace
What a beautiful stay. The suite was fabulous. The location was perfect and convenient and safe. A five minute walk to the V and A with great shopping. Cape grace took care or our tours to the wine region and to see the penguins. Samatha the concierge also reserved a lunch for us in Stellenbosch. She also lead us to a beautiful Tanzanite store in the waterfront. I bought a necklace for my daughter and I am having stones cut for a ring to complete a set they are making for me Plantandia is the shop. When we left to go to the airport I realized I had left an expensive jacket in the room and Samantha fetched it and we had it brought to the airport. The overall stay was 10 stars.

Special weekend with it being my wife’s bday and our wedding anniversary, the Cape Grace team made it so special with a complimentary bottle of bubbles and a cake left in our room upon arrival, very sweet and special!

Best stay ever!
It was very personalized service from check-in to check-out. Staff in dining room for breakfast were also very courteous and attentive. Our experience was Cape Town hospitality at its best!

Wonderful hotel! Phenomenal staff and service! Among the best in the world. Friendly, warm, welcoming and knowledgeable. This is the only hotel I would stay at in Cape Town!! Be aware of cancellation policy which is about a month—only downside.

The location is excellent (2 minute walk to v&a marketplace, watershed, mall and numerous restaurants) and view of the waterfront lovely! Breakfast was delicious - there was buffet and then an extensive list of ala carte dishes. Turn down service was great - we got a little gift every day and the sweets were perfect to have upon coming back to the room! They also had a free chauffeur service that could take you to any location within 10km. We used it to go to Table Mountain and to dinners. They pick up, too! They only missed taking out the garbage in the toilet once after cleaning but other than that, our stay was perfect!
