Great location - very close to CTICC for conferences and the Waterfront for dining, entertainment and shopping options. Their restaurant also had a variety of delicious meal options. Staff were mostly pleasant and helpful. They did have a little roach infestation issue though - not severe- but they should really look into that before it gets out of hand. Despite that, I'd stay again.
The family room was very big with 2 separate bedrooms- one bathroom por both room ( which needs a renovation asap). Except for the bathroom, we really enjoyed our stay!
Hotel was nice like colonial style but needs a refurbishment.
Staff were friendly an helpful.

I had to deal with a cockroach which was awful . Guest Relations Msnager was defensive when I brought it to his attention saying that it was not unusual for this with rooms that have a balcony. He also side that other hotels had same problem. I told him to take on board my complaint and to address the problem
Excellent location and service. Very reasonable price and wonderful hot variety breakfast included. Excellent service by all especially by Imraan at Reception.
Right off the main N2 highway so very convenient but at the same time you'll have to drive out into a busy street. Free parking right outside the back entrance of the hotel with security around. Check in was fuss free and the rooms were spacious. Everything was clean and I enjoyed my stay. Only thing was, I thought the hotel safe could be larger as my 15inch laptop couldn't fit.
Very pleased with this well located hotel within easy walking to the cruise terminals and the Victoria and Albert complex. Lots of restaurants in the area and easy to book a variety of tours.

What an amazing experience from check in until check out. We stayed there for 10nights. Shaukat is very polite and resolves issues with ease. The chef (Anwar) was extremely accommodating and spoilt my family with his lovely/delicious breakfasts. Maleka thanks for the great hospitality shown. Our security was the best you can find. What a great hotel with great and friendly staff. Will definitely stay there again.

It was okay. Served a purpose. Tv in the room was broken and they couldn't fix it so i was moved. Had to repack and move rooms. A bit painful. The shower was a bit slippery for me, so be careful! Food was excellent when I ate dinner the one night at the hotel. A bit pricey, but okay.
Also I like to put bills on my room and they wouldn't;t let me do that.
Hotel condition is poor, toilet doors no lock, phone to reception not working, staff not professional, too easy going. Should not be 4star rather 3star is more appropriate.
