My experience with them has led me to believe that they are misleading customers; I reserved a certain guest room in advance. When I went to check in, I discovered that my room had been switched to this little one, but they had not even informed me of the change. When the gentleman at the front desk showed me the room, I told him right away that it wasn't the one I had booked or paid for. He requested that I present him with my receipt and the room description that I had reserved.and he acknowledged that my room had been switched; said don't worry, I'll attempt to find out with the management or owner. He try and to reach out with them through the phone and find out why they change room , to switch the room with other guest if that is possible or to return my money however, they didn’t pick up I waited 1hr and 45 min .The funny thing is he knew that like they didn’t pick up because they missed up he said “I the manager did something intentional; they always pick up the phone for in case of emergency if the front desk personnel called from the landline.”long story short I didn’t stay there I left and booked another hotel. There are very good hotel like Mojo hotels and city lounge with very adorable prices …. Please don’t waste your money there very fraud , disrespectful and also they don’t communicate once you pay your money they don’t know you. Please people of color think about it before you book here. I am very disappointed and very sad about the whole situation..
