We were delighted to receive an upgrade to a beautiful room, which made our stay even more special. The room was spacious, elegantly decorated, and offered breathtaking views of Capri. The attention to detail in the room's design and amenities truly enhanced our comfort and enjoyment. The hotel's facilities were top-notch, and we particularly enjoyed the complimentary drinks in the room and the delicious breakfast each morning. This is a real 5-star hotel. My wife and I spent a weekend in Capri at Tiberio. We got a complimentary upgrade upon arrival and the concierge helped us from booking activities to buying ferry tickets. The whole staff was extremely helpful and kind. We dined at the Michelin star restaurant at the hotel and the food was delicious. The chef himself makes special orders at breakfast and come serve you himself. We travel internationally quite often and this was one of our best experiences!

Mediocre
Worst concierge service hands down- they do the bare minimum and seem to be poorly trained. Don’t expect them to get you restaurant reservations at your place of choice on short notice. Very forgetful as well- make sure double check many times if they are working on your request. House keeping in the hotel overall is not that good either.
