Wonderful stay with one important recommendation
The property is wonderful, the people are great, and breakfast included was something to look forward to every day. The location is in the center but off to the side and in a three minute walk you are in this quiet oasis with a warm little pool and courtyard. Silvia and Roberta were excellent concierges. I only have to feedback to management that these statues of children of color in little worker uniforms (pic attached) is offensive and I recommend you remove these from your otherwise wonderful property.
Never appropriate. Suggest remove.

The whole experience was truly amazing! The hotel is an absolute Gem of a place. Superb service, super clean, super helpful! This resort was truly a dream come true as we embarked on our first time visit to the beautiful Capri! The staff went above and beyond to welcome us, making sure that all of our needs were met. I love how they sat with us to go over all of the interesting things to see and do on the island. Although we did not get a chance to visit the recommendations due to the limited time we were there, it gives us something to look forward to on our next visit! And the chef treated us to delicious bites as a welcome. Everything was perfect! Highly recommend the Pazziella!
