When we needed something for our five night stay here, the staff responded quickly. Staff worked hard to make our stay comfortable and make us feel welcome. would like to see more selection in the continental breakfast - apples were the only fruit, perhaps have apples and bananas; only frozen sausage biscuits - suggest you have cheese and bacon biscuits also. Have butter outside of the waffle station that is soft and melts easily on the waffles; always keep the oatmeal.

the trash can in the room was never emptied and overflowing. the night stand and tables were never wiped down had glass rings and were very sticky. a tile near the sink in the bathroom was never put back up and was hanging. Breakfast has very few options

The desk person wasn't pleasant. My husband is in a wheelchair and yet she put us in a room furthest from the elevator. Pushing a wheel chair on carpet is very difficult. I asked for more pillows and she was very surly. Asked for 4, she said i could only have 2. The entire hotel smells like pot. The breakfast is muffins and danish . A waffle maker is there but did not see any mix. Nothing in the cooler, nothing hot. A few oatmeal packets. It is a quiet area and conveniently located. Older hotel.

This visit may have turned me off Baymont forever.
The pullout mattress was stained and ripped. When I went to put a sheet on it something scratched my finger. The air conditioning was not functioning when we checked in. Thankfully my brother was able to fix it. There was staining on the carpet next to the bed. The lamp shades were broken. And the toilet made a very loud screeching noise every time it was flushed. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was also extremely loud. Breakfast was very limited, and the coffee ran out the first day.

Good room
The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Our shower head did not function correctly but worked well enough. Both of the ladies at the front desk were at best stiff. The "secure" outside doors didn't close all the way and on one side you can just walk in the other door The hallway smelled like bad marijuana during the night. Breakfast was ok.
