The pool and hot tub was down and going to be removed by what the lady said. My room had cob webs and dead bugs. Was not happy at all with my stay. Place was a dump.

I'm still trying to get a refund from this My Business Will Never Use Expedia Again! My crew worked all day to arrive to a filthy/unsanitary/dog hair visible/not clean/smelled horrible room. I walked in inspected the room and within 10 minutes went back to the front desk and said we would NOT be staying and luckily was able to find other accommodations for my guys last minute luckily! Still yet here it is Friday and I cant get refund been at other Hotel since Monday! Definitely NOT what the pictures describe. Highly recommend booking through the actual hotel/motel, first time using and its been a horrible experience with trying to get refunded all week. I promise, its Not what you see in the pictures! Take your money elsewhere! When someone can refund me other than an AI Robot answer questions or be transferred to other ppl that aren't even affiliated with Expedia someone needs to Contact Me! The sad part about it is when talking to the actual Facility they haven't gotten paid out from the booking and the girl at the desk even said "she don't even know why they were advertised for people to book with them because they are "under construction" SO, when someone with this company can refund me my money-call me 270-931-5055

I was rented a rented room for starters. Second room most things didn't work. Third room was freezing and took forever to warm enough to take my coat off. Breakfast was terrible too. Will never stay at this place again

In a word…DISGUSTING!!!! Great place to stay if you like roaches, crackheads, w homeless people in the lobby and stairway, and absolute filth in the rooms. Took one look and gladly walked away from this prepaid room. STAY AWAY!!!!

Always like to stay here when visiting my daughter's family. Staff is friendly though some more helpful than others. Facilities are old and could benefit from update but it's always clean. Would have preferred not risking a fall in the parking lot due to the ice that wasn't cleared away from the recent storms. Dreading packing my car for the same reason when I check out since another one storm came through (the reason I stayed) and nothing was plowed or cleared.

I stay in cheap hotels that are still clean and decent. This one was horrible!! Room smelt of smoke, sink appeared not clean, bathroom floor where the door is was disgusting. Put my leg on the edge of the bed to get in and it hurt. The only good thing- there was no carpet!

Nicky was very helpful at check in. I love that they fulfilled my request for a first floor room if the elevator not working, which is wasn't. My problem was that there was no chair in my room. I requested twice, once at the check in desk after Nicky had left, and again of the housekeeper the next morning and both assured me it would be taken care of. It wasn't. Having to sit in or on the edge of the bed is extremely uncomfortable for me. I tried being out of my room as much as possible with activities but I still had to sit while winding down after busy days and in the morning waiting to start my day and eating breakfast.

Do Not Recommend

Quite possibly the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The room didn’t have towels and when the towels were delivered there was one blood stained. We had an adjoining room and our room didn’t actually have a door, the adjoining could have just walked into our room, 109. The only positive was the front desk was more than accommodating and very friendly.
