Making a reservation through Hilton was terrible. I was unable to complete the online reservation. Selected the date and room but the payment info page was locked. When I called Hilton reservations, i was quoted a price More than $60 than listed on Hilton website. Bathroom faucet so loose it almost fell off the countertop. very low water pressure in the shower, a trickle. I was told that was due to village water use restrictions in place.

My overall stay was great and I have no complaints about the hotel itself. However, I did notice that the bar next door plays loud rock music until around 2 AM, which made it a bit difficult to get to sleep

Smart Choice!

The best hotel to stay at in Carbondale in terms of modern design, comfortability, and great service. My only issue was that the air conditioner in the bedroom is on an automatic timer which, while an eco-friendly design choice, led to the room being uncomfortably warm at times with no option to turn the timer off. Other than that, everything else about our stay was excellent including the free breakfast. This will be my go-to hotel whenever I visit Carbondale!

The property is relatively clean. You NEED TO KNOW THAT this hotel is right next to a bar at the university. It is loud in your room and the front desk actually gives out ear plugs! The room was somewhat wet... moisture on the couch and bed. 25 dollar hold on your card for 'incidentals'. Breakfast was ok. Would never stay here again.
