The first room we were given had roaches crawling on the walls and our sheets had a very large pee stain. When we presented our concerns to the front desk, he admitted to the roach issue and hinted to the fact that their cleaning services were understaffed and not thorough. He was very helpful and pleasant, and got us in a different room quickly.

We should be warned about the garage space and smell. Not to mention the stairwell. The rug needs replaced and a little more care wiping down common areas (light switches, door knobs and the table). The smell in the lobby is overpowering also.

Our stay was decent but there was a strong smell in the room which we were not sure where its coming from- good thing I have a freshener spray that I used so we can survive overnight. Otherwise the staff and the rest of their amenities were good.

Stay somewhere else

When we arrived, the whole hotel smelled terrible. We got to the room and the door lock was taped so it wouldn’t lock! We removed the tape and were then able to lock the door. The bathroom doesn’t have a wall, just shower curtain. So the person in the bed can watch you use the toilet. The remote control was in the made bed! So either the maids left it there or the sheets weren’t washed. The floor wasn’t vacuumed. One of the dirtiest hotels I’ve ever been to!
