Wow!! the 180degree view was amazing. The unit spotless. The reception staff very friendly polite & helpful. Unfortunately I only had a 1 night stay but definitely will be back.

Comfy bed, good shower, excellent location and reasonably priced, would use again

The Hyatt Regency staff are extremely professional and friendly. Paul at the check-in counter was excellent and arranged for free membership, room upgrade and extended check-out. My family thoroughly enjoyed the Hyatt Regency and its convenience to the retail shopping district.

I'm trying to think about something that needed improvement and I can not. The location of the hotel is absolutely crucial for a person's first time to Brisbane. It was so simple getting from the airport by train to the hotel and then getting around Brisbane is simple when the train station is directly below you. Also highly recommend getting the breakfast package, world class spread.

Room was clean we had a 2 bedroom apartment on top floors and enjoyed our stay and staff were friendly

We enjoyed our stay but one morning 10 am we had to walk down 43 flights of stairs as only 2 lifts were working , not an easy task for an 80 year old. It seems a regular occurrence at checkout time. We therefore decided on checkout day to do it earlier in the day and leave cases at reception then went out for breakfast to pass some time.
