50% of the staff was good. The main courses at the restaurant were excellent. The cleaning staff did a great job in my room. The pool is not deep enough. Overpriced for what you get

If you don't mind a room full of mosquitos this is the right place for you. Another thing is that the hotel won't let you bring in any food snacks or liquids so you can buy them directly from them at a higher prices. Receptionists was rude but the rest of the staff was very nice and helpful

Staff was amazing! Great customer service 10/10 Very helpful on anything you need 100% recomend this place Remember no elevator So if you can’t claim the stairs ask for the Lower level.
