Great stopover
Convenient location for overnight stop. Good value for the price paid. Everything worked well, clean and tidy room, no complaints. Efficient and friendly check-in. Would stay again if/when back in the area.

Easy check in, pleasant staff, bathroom needs updating (room 121) but clean and does the job. Beds and pillows very uncomfortable, i barely got any sleep and woke up with my back causing issues and generally feeling terrible as headache and neck pain

Lovely and clean both inside and out. Very convenient for access and despite being situated within the services it was very quiet. Definitely worth a stay if you’re in the area. We’ll be back as we have family in Pentwyn.

Ive been a regular visitor here for some years now and i love it. Safe quiet and convenient as well as clean and comfortable. Good wifi and smart tvs in rooms. Decent breakfast if you want it. Prices fluctuate depending on dates but really can't grumble here. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great to sleep, awful to eat!
The room (206) was small. But more than adequate for an overnight stay. The bed was comfortable and blackout curtains were much needed and blocked out any light ensuring a good sleep. The only let down was the breakfast. Needless to say I will not buy it again. No bread!! They run out. Sorry there is a garage shop nearby go get a loaf. Bacon was anemic and sparse. Scrambled eggs like egg soup. Coffee was coloured water.. OMG i am not kidding. Awful. When greeted for breakfast we were asked "any allergies" i said no, but in hindsight i should have said "only to watered down beans, tinned tomatoes without any juice, a lack of bread, and bacon fresh out of the packet...".

A one night stay only in a clean room with all the usual facilities,towels and refreshment items.Quiet all night and no road noise.Good showering facility in large bathroom.Good choice of breakfast from croissants,cheese and meats to cooked,hot English breakfast ingredients.Ample car parking behind security barrier.Adjacent to main road.Would use this hotel again.

Only negative was the electric charge points. We stayed overnight to break up a long journey and them having chargers was one of the reasons we booked Only needed a 20% charge to top up and continue journey in the morning. Hotel charge a flat rate £30 per night regardless of how much you need to charge car for. However, great little budget hotel. Just what we needed. Rooms clean and bed comfortable. Staff very helpful and polite. Didn’t have breakfast, but it looked good and value for money. Will definitely stay again
