Great customer service from pre-arrival information to the welcome on the day. Not the most luxurious as a little dated but room was spotless and comfortable. Great location for the arena & drinks post event! Good value for money

The Hotel is located right in the city centre, nearby all the amenities including shops , restaurants and to the central train station. Alison, in reception was very friendly, welcoming and professional when I arrived. The room was no thrill, but it was clean, tidy and comfy. Thank you for making my stay worthwhile

The hotel itself is somewhat dated and in need of a spruce up but the room itself was very clean. The staff were also very warm, welcoming and helpful. No breakfast was served the weekend I stayed but tbere are lots of nearby options available. Would definitely stay again

Very comfy room, but if you struggle with steps try to ask for the lowest room possible, as what happened when I finally got to the reception desk from the long staircase. The lady on reception could see I struggled and offered me room 100, but there's still more stairs to tackle, no lift Great location in the City centre, which is very handy.

Alison was a very friendly and welcoming host. She made us feel comfortable, very knowledgeable if good restaurants. Breakfast was superb, waitress was excellent and friendly. Rooms were comfortable as were only there for 2 nights. Needs updating on decor as a little dated however we wernt there to look at the decor. Will definitely be booking again in the summer of 2026.
