The A/c was not working at all and kids were struggling to breathe the whole night. They could not sleep at all. The staffs were so rude and never bothered to solve the problem despite telling them repeatedly. Will not recommend ever

Lovely Hotel

Lovely hotel, staff efficient and helpful, clean and nicely decorated, breakfast great, only downside was the noise from the road at night and early in the morning. Would definitely be happy to stay there again.

was so nice and the views were fantastic the beds were so comfortable the breakfast was great loads of options. tv wasn’t working in room and no ice but was so relaxing staying there

It's ironic that this hotel is named 'Futures Inn' becuase it's one of the most dated I've stayed in. It has a grotty appearance, the carpets are tatty and corridors and rooms wreak of odour.

Great stay with elderly relative. Booked accessible room which was great. Accessible Wet room and a comfortable bed. Insufficient disabled spaces (only 3). Carpark often full, so had to park further away.

Nice hotel for visiting Cardiff with a car. Location is good, try easy to get to Cardiff bay where you can find all restaurants and cafes. The building site next door is a bit noisy.
