A great stay

Stayed one night as going to the Principality Stadium for a concert. Great to be just out of the centre of town but within easy walking distance. Staff friendly and attentive. Room lovely. Appreciated the complimentary fizz and most definitely the air conditioning. Great selection of breakfast items. I don’t think any other. choices could be added. Parking great. Hotel easy to get to. Would certainly go again.

Good Cardiff stopover

Lovely hotel, well appointed and a nice room However, had to queue to check in, and again at breakfast. Bed is quite hard and the shower pressure is terrible (on sixth floor). Staff lovely, friendly, helpful. Plenty of parking. Lovely bar area and the breakfast was good.

Lovely hotel to stay at in Cardiff Bay.

Nice hotel, 30minutes walk to Principality stadium, Breakfast was very nice, although very busy so we had to queue for 5 minutes why we waited for tables to be vacated but the staff worked tirelessly to avoid any long waits. Front desk very nice also. Had a king suite which was lovely the bed was massive. Overall very nice and would stay there again.

OASIS family long-weekend stay

Great place to rest our heads and location to city centre.... £8 taxi..... for the OASIS weekend. Had a twin room with 2 good sized and comfy queen-sized beds for 2 adults and an U10 + teenager. Good selection of pillows which was nice for a change. Downside was the cost mark up because of OASIS.. .. but was as per all hotels, travel lodges/inns etc. Lots of pillows

No kettle/air con

We were only in the hotel for a night, there was no kettle for a cup of tea, I didn't notice until the morning when I went to make one. I went to the lobby, they said they would send housekeeping up with one but we did not receive one. I had to use the hotel restaurant tea facilities to bring my drink back up to the room. The air conditioning wasn't working, we addressed this not long after check in, they said they would send maintenance up to sort it, again nothing was done with it. A very hot day/night and no air conditioning, quite disappointing considering how much we paid for one night.

Comfortable stay

A comfortable stay at a super busy time. Price was higher than usual due to the concert on which we too attended. The hotel was better value than others though.
