We had a great stay - the room was clean and spacious and we really appreciated staff reaching out to us on the morning of our reservation to confirm how we'd like the room set up for our 2 small children. Breakfast had an excellent range with something for everyone. Our only small complaints would be that the air conditioning didn't work very well in our room, meaning it was quite warm and stuffy, and I struggled to find parking when returning back to the hotel late in the evening (around 10.30pm) on the Saturday, but it's understandable that parking is particularly tricky at the moment as there is some kind construction going on nearby.

Comfortable stay. Basic room. Nice touch that I was able to get a bathrobe when requested. Area around hotel has major building works at rhe moment which makes access ti Cardiff Bay less easy. Also looks less appealing

Lovely hotel with a bar and parking.

Bed was huge, room had everything needed including a fridge and an iron. Was given an unexpected fruit bowl and bottle of wine which was a nice surprise.

Our check in was very quick and the staff were all very friendly. our room was okay but the bed !!!! was so uncomfortable I could not sleep in it so was glad we had a bed settee in the room to use, which was a lot better than the bed provided. I would highly recommend the hotel to purchase new mattresses as comfort is the only thing missing...... Great breakfast and quick check out.

Shocking stay. Queued for an hour to check in, no hot water in the room and no functional phone to call down to reception to report the problem. I have followed this up with hotel for a refund and they have accepted that all the problems were there but ‘unable to offer me a refund’ they have offered a complimentary upgrade for a future stay. I will never use this hotel again awful experience
