Despite what is stated on their website there is No air conditioning in the rooms which were unbearably hot, making sleep nigh impossible. No fans were available from the hotel. Our rooms were not made up on the second day and we had to ask for fresh towels. The shower tray surround was broken and dirty.

Booked an accessible room (I can stand and walk short distances). The room was “good enough” accessibility wise. No shower chair for the bathroom but at least the floor was cleaned daily… We accidentally triggered the emergency alarm and a staff member came to check we were okay, it was a false alarm but I was glad to know they do care. The breakfast on offer was okay, not much that was suitable for alternative diets (smoothies would’ve been nice), however that is pretty standard when I eat out anywhere. No where to easily refill a bottle with drinking water. The location is amazing, near Cardiff bay station, shops and restaurants at the bay and only 20 mins walk to Cardiff central. The staff were lovely, every interaction with them was kind and professional.

Great staff, good location

We arrived at 2 pm as our email prior to the stay stated this time for check in. However, the hotel only offer check in from 3 pm and our room was not ready. The reception staff member was very helpful and prioritised us so that we could Check in as soon as possible . All staff at the hotel were very friendly and kept the hotel clean and tidy. Great location by the water.
