Good and pleasure stay.
Staffs are friendly and very helpful. Opposite the hotel, there are fast food restaurants in the service station, it's very convenience to get the food when you feel hungry :-) Driving from the hotel to the city center takes about 15-20 minutes which is not that far away.

Needs refurbishment.
Hotel is on a service area on m4 so very easy to find. Pleasant person on reception gave me my key. I was disappointed that there was no air con or fans provided, it was very hot and uncomfortable in the room. The window is only safety opening., and someone was smoking weed outside and it came straight in my window. The room was spacious, but the carpet was rather sticky next to the bed.Probably a spill. Could do with a good clean. I made sure I wasnt barefoot! Only one bedside light worked. Decor tired and shabby. Bed was very creaky. Big shower, plenty hot water.A hard chair and desk provided. I paid extra for breakfast, it was average buffet style,all you could eat, some sitting under heat lamps for some time,in serving pans with lids, so because of steam, hash browns very soggy, mushrooms like chewing elastic bands. Scrambled eggs a bit watery. Sausages were good but bacon very fatty not crisp. A good selection of cold items. But not good quality. Disappointing. Noisy rooms with firedoors slamming very early morning, contractors off to work.! Large car park. Don't think I'll use this one again.

Arrived late but welcome was good-room was right next to fire door to rooms so banging constantly through the night - bed very uncomfortable & pillows like bricks-cleaners not very considerate of those wanting a lie in & despite checkout being 12 they knocked the door twice to clean I won’t be using Ibis hotels again
