Great stay.
My friend and I booked a break for her birthday. The staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout. We had one evening meal and two breakfasts. Delicious food. Great selection at breakfast. We had a problem with the tv and it was dealt with immediately.

Good: Incredibly clean Comfortable bed Very cosy and good temperature control Good location if able to walk Later check out time of 12:00 included Not so good: No hair dryer Pool/spa use not included in price and very poorly advertised that this is not included - £10 for entry which given that you have paid for the hotel room felt unnecessary Breakfast not included which is fine but was very unreasonably priced - cheaper to get an Uber eats breakfast delivery!

Overall the staff were helpful, the location was perfect and we had a pleasant stay. Unfortunately there was a leak in the room via a rotting window which created a damp smell and a dripping noise though the night.

Xmas Market Sojourn!
We came for 2 nights to do the Cardiff Xmass markets. It was a really comfortable room on the 14th floor with an outstanding view. The room did have signs of wear and tear but it was clean and smart and the bathroom was luxurious. We had dinner on the first night in the restaurant and the food was fresh, hot and tasty although the menu was a little likited for our tastes. The pool and hot tub were a lovely extra in a city. We also liked its proximity to the city centre, a 5 min walk.

Great service but a NO if you require parking
We had a good experience. Rook was clean and had all facilities, including iron and blow dryer. Stayed for 3 nights and for 2 days we got mini bar top up. Breakfast was ok but limited, no fried egg or cake type stuff. 3 nights costed me £63 for parking,if I knew this in time i would have booked a different hotel.
