The staff were lovely and the underground car park convenient, though parking is pricey on top of a stay that's already not very cheap. Lobby area is nice. For the prices charged this hotel is very disappointing. I've stayed before and the photos looked a lot better, this was not the case. It's clear there have been attempts to paint but overall the rooms are very tired. My carpet was stained terribly and the headboard very damaged. There is also only 2 pillows. If I had not been alone would have been an issue as I need to sleep with 2 pillows just myself. It was all quite clean but in general state of sad. Bathroom was clean but very dated and shower was not very powerful, struggled to wash all shampoo out of my hair. When charging high prices, I would expect the rooms to be in a better state of repair. Doesn't really live up to radisson name unfortunately.

Could be described as having seen better days, especially foyer that was more like a warehouse. The surrounding area was dark and forboding (but I did not see any trouble), overall OK and room was nice but breakfast at best "OK" and I would not rush back - I suspect one could do better for a little less.

Great stay
Fantastic stay and kindly upgraded to a suite. Great hotel with excellent facilities. Nicely decorated and clean, modern room. Excellent location for exploring Cardiff or for an evening at the arena. Quiet room and comfy bed. Only complaint was that the bar area was cold in the evening
