Central to both queen Street and st Mary street. Facilities at hotel are luxurious. You really feel like you've splashed out but it was actually quite reasonable

The price did not include breakfast but that was unclear at time of booking and increases the price of a family room with the children considerably. It needs to be made clear what the price includes. Breakfast was not fantastic for £18-20 head. Hôtel is needing a refresh in some areas like spa changing rooms and pool. Spa area Needed a clean. Hot tub broken etc. Reception Staff nice but seemed to run inefficiently. Otherwise good stay.

Good location in Cardiff for Theatre, shopping and historical sites. Really clean in all areas of the Hotel. Swimming pool and spa facilities. Friendly professional staff. Excellent breakfasts. What is there to dislike.?

Mostly really good
The hotel could potentially get 5 stars but small bits let it down for example there is mould on the roof of the swimming pool as well as peeling paint, the sealant around the sink was damaged and the water pressure on the shower wasn't great. Otherwise food was great, fabulous location and the staff were really friendly and helpful.

The staff were friendly, especially the young lady on the pool reception. The pool and steam room were welcome after a day skating at RampWorld but it was disappointing the jacuzzi was closed. The rooms were large, modern & clean. We’d definitely stay again!
