Clean room but poor service in restaurant from poorly trained and generally disinterested staff. Terribly long wait for service or food. When the food arrived it was passable. Overall it reinforced why Accor Group hotels are my choice of last resort if all others are full

The Receptionist was excellent and very apologetic about the delay in checking in. Unfortunately there was a queue and only one member of staff on. However once booked in everything was fine.

Lovely hotel, easy check in, spacious rooms and the bed was huge and super comfy! Reception lobby is spacious with a bar, plenty of seats and a pool table. We opted for breakfast, plenty of choice for everyone including takeaway cups for coffee and teas. The only bad thing was being charged £8 per night for parking
