Exceptional service, cleanliness, food, surroundings, amenities. Twin room was spacious with a wide variety of teas in the box, biscuits to! A enjoyed looking out to see the Principality Stadium from my room. The thermal suite was so clean and such a lovely relaxing experience. The 2 course dinner in the sorting room restaurant was so beautifully presented, so passionately cooked the flavour was out of this world. The service in the restaurant was impeccable and staff went to every length to accommodate guests needs. Would not hesistate to stay here again. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for all the work they do to provide such a fantastic experiwnce.
