Clean with very firm mattress.
The hotel was pretty clean and updated. The beds were hard as a rock though. My husband likes a fiem mattress so he was fine, but I could barely sleep.

Conveniently located near Barnes and Noble, Stop and Shop, Roosevelt Field Mall, CityMD, and shops on Old Country Road and Glen Cove Road. Front desk staff is very nice and rooms are nice and clean. Breakfast is tasty, but you might want to bring a couple of dollars, as there is a tip jar. There are TVs, tables, and a small bar in the lobby if you want to watch sports. There are a couple of outdoor tables near the bar where you could take your breakfast or a drink if you wanted to sit outside. There is a small 24-hour laundry room on the 2nd floor. Front desk can get you quarters and laundry soap. I feel like I am allergic to their pillows, though. Maybe they are feather pillows?

Beds were comfortable, spacious, however getting ready for a wedding a room with a bigger bathroom mirror would have been better. There were 5 of us! Wonderful breakfast, quiet halls.

Phone in the room not working . Front desk never picks up the phone when I tried to call from my cell phone . No service at all no bell desk to help with luggage. WiFi is very weak unless you pay for WiFi . Booked on Orbitz tax and fee was supposed to be included but I came to hotel and they charged me tax and fees on top of Orbitz price
