This not a beach front property. There is a beach, which is more like a man made lake. There an awful smell and your not able to get in the water. It not useful certain time of the year.

The resort is walkable for me( I love to walk) Where we and my friend was placed everything was near us. Staff were friendly, the activities were fun. Will book again in the future

There was a major seaweed issue, which I know is not the property’s fault, but we had to move rooms because it was so bad and the smell was so bad. The staff was great in upgrading us for free to better rooms, I just wish we would have known because then we would’ve changed properties. We also didn’t know that they were doing free shuttles to better beaches, or we would have joined in on that. Instead, the only thing we could do was hang out by the pool. Tori Ann was great in setting us up on expeditions. The staff was amazing and so friendly, the food was so so. Most of the time it was very dry. We were just expecting very blue and sandy beaches and we’re disappointed that we didn’t get to enjoy that and had to spend a lot of money for the excursions to actually go to blue water and sandy beaches. Even though the staff more than made up for it, it wasn’t what we had hoped for do the amount of money we spent.

Great place to stay, but had seaweed. Food was good. Room was clean. Will stay here again. I recommend. Rooms need some updating and more entertainment. They need to offer more for special occasions like birthdays and Anniversaries like decorations, complimentary things etc.

From day one, everything was excellent the staff was very professional and attentive to all of our needs the sites from our room. The restaurant were excellent couldn’t ask for a better place and a better staff will definitely return in the future.

Overall, we had a good stay and I would give this resort 4 out of 5 stars. What I loved was that everything was conveniently located. The pools were right next to the beach, making it easy to go back and forth, and the bar was excellent. The bartenders were friendly, welcoming, and provided great service throughout our stay. One disappointment was that I requested a room with two double beds because I was traveling with my 14-year-old daughter and my 10-year-old son, but the request could not be accommodated. As a result, my daughter had to sleep on the sofa bed, which only converted into a twin-size bed. I also found that some staff members seemed bothered when we asked questions, and a few of the hostesses were not very friendly. We stayed for three nights, and our room was only cleaned once during our stay. The food was actually very good, with plenty of variety, unlike some of the reviews I had read beforehand. The biggest disappointment was the steak restaurant. We were only able to get a reservation for two people, even though there were three of us. The restaurant also advertised a dress code, but many guests arrived wearing flip-flops, sweatpants, and very casual clothing without any issue. Our reservation was for 8:30 p.m. We arrived early but still waited about 15 minutes to be seated. After that, it took approximately 45 minutes for our food to arrive, and when it did, it was cold. In hindsight, I wish we had stayed at the buffet instead. Despite these issues, we s
