Carlisle Bay Vacation Packages

My room was the size of a closet, no elevator to assist, had to walk up the stairs with all my luggage, luckily I was able to get a 2nd floor room. Bell boy didn’t want to take our luggage to the 4th floor so we were able to get a 2nd floor room. Cats were everywhere! Property does not look ANYTHING like the picture on Expedia! Outdated hotel room, running toilet, outdated dinning room furniture, TV only had 5 working channels, two channels were clear and the other ones were fuzzy, the entire area is outdated BAD! The food was good! They only had one restaurant available to eat from as they list several. The outside bar/ food was GREAT! The shower was smaller than the inside of my car. The beach is BEAUTIFUL! Jolly Beach really gave false advertising. I’d NEVER stay there again!

Staff treats you like family! Incredible experience

Me and my wife went for her birthday they set up something for her birthday was beautiful. I appreciate everything. The staff did. They treat us like Kings and Queens and I will be back thank y’all for everything.

If you're looking for an "escape", ESCAPE is your hotel of choice. It is nestled within a mangrove so youReception was great! The rooms were clean and welcoming. It was great having a private pool and a tub on the outdoor looking over the natural environment.

It was beautiful and the food and drinks were excellent. Certain staff were amazing but most seemed as though we were bothering them. Management was amazing and helpful.
