The staff was very nice and attentive although room keys didn’t work. The staff had to open our room door since it was after 11pm checkin. The hotel has quickly deteriorated since it opened. We’ve been staying there since 2022 and it’s declined. Lots of tiny ants in the room on the 3rd floor. It was so late we didn’t bother exploring other rooms. Carpets stained and the bathroom and tub was far less than tidy. All I can say is I hope that they make improvements quickly.

Very nice room and hitel seemed new. Everything was prrfect except the checking. The receptionist was having cimputer issues and complained to me for making reservations through expedia. Not just a little but gave me a lecture about why i dhouldnt use a 3rd party reservation site.

Carisle Mopar Show Stay
We ended up booking at the last moment due to the Days Inn we originally planned to stay at being disgustingly dirty and smelled like smoke. We were early for our check in and the desk clerk notified us as soon at the room was ready so we could get the family in and unpacked. The breakfast was delicious and had much to choose from. The location to the Carlisle ground was perfect. Parking lot was perfectly sized and had no issues finding a parking spot. We used the in-room microwave, fridge, and supplied utensils/plates/bowls for our left-overs which was a nice touch! We can't wait to be back next year as soon as the dates open up. thanks!

A firey stay.
Very nice hotel. We had some excitement. We arrived late and was going to bed about 11:30pm. We woke up to smoke smells about midnight. We went to the window and saw a garbage can on fire. Also the window and wall were hot. We called the front desk and 911. Then we evacuated all 5 of us. All was well with the fire and police on the scene.

Property looks and presents as quite new. Staff (Paige & Josh) were highlights as they made the early check in a friendly breeze. Room was bright, cool and well presented. If you're booking for a Carlisle event at the fairgrounds, the location is perfect. Pricing was certainly at a premium due to events.

Property was clean and provided hot breakfast daily. Approx 7-10 minutes walk from center town of Carlisle, city streets safe and well lit at night. Paige at the front desk gave great recommendations for restaurants and things to do in town and was always pleasant and helpful. Took a 45 Uber to Gettysburg for a day of exploring and history tours. We will definitely stay at this hotel again!
