Foi ok. Quarto limpo e agradável. O frigobar não tinha nada, no meio da noite precisamos descer até o bar para pegar uma água. Também não tinham toalhas de rosto, apenas de banho e os itens de higiene eram insuficientes para o período e quantidade de pessoas, no caso um casal.
No primeiro dia, foi oferecido um qyarto PCD, muito ruim, banheiro pequeno.
No segundo dia, trocou de quarto para normal, tudo otimo.
Cama confortável, bancada banheiro, tudo ok. No Cafe da manhã , oferecem suco concentrado, da uma azia. Poderiam colocar suco natural.

Foi uma experiencia muito ruim . fiz reserva de 13 a 18 de nov/24 com pagamento antecipado . E por motivos outros chegamos somente no dia 15 para o chek in , mas infelizmente cancelaram nossa estadia e alugaram para outros , de modo que ficamos literalmente na rua !!! E disseram que entrariam em contato na segunda para fazer o extorno , o que não aconteceu. não houve nenhuma preocupação em nos recolocarmos. Vale dizer que 2 dias antes tente avisar que atrasaríamos e de nada valeu. Continuo aguardando uma solução.

Não sei se vao publicar, pois minha última avaliação não foi publicada. Lençóis com manchas de sangue. Não tinha travesseiros extras para o hóspede; sem edredom. Café com horário marcado. Café muito bom! Atendentes diziam que levariam o edredom solicitado e nada. 8 da manhã a camareira bate no quarto para arrumar o quarto. Nunca vi algo igual
Rede Ibis tem um padrão que a gente já sabe o que esperar. Hotéis funcionais, modernos, limpos com um bom atendimento.. Este seguiu o padrão, mas com um diferencial muito negativo.. Gestão de pessoas.. Já no check in a funcionária que atendeu era nova e teve dificuldade em realizar o check in. No sábado saímos do hotel de manhã e na volta às 16 horas o quarto não tinha sido arrumado. Fui na recepção reclamar e a atendente disse que ainda iriam arrumar.. Pedi para falar com a gerência e fui informada que a gerente tem um nenê e estava em casa.. Depois de insistir a camareira foi arrumar o quarto. Disse que estava há pouco tempo e a ordem era que arrumasse primeiro os quartos desocupados e depois os ocupados.. Nunca tinha visto isso. Estou acostumada a ficar na rede Ibis e isso nunca tinha acontecido. A camareira disse que eu não era o primeiro hóspede que reclamava. O café da manhã de sábado foi um caos ( o hotel estava lotado por fonta da festa Vintage de Garibaldi ) Não tinha copo, talheres, suco, frutas.. Muito movimento para pouco funcionário..O hotel não se preparou para esta demanda. No domingo procurei de novo a gerente e de novo ela não estava.Como um hotel pode funcionar bem , com uma boa gestão se não tem gerência no fim de semana. Fica claro a falta de gestão do hotel e o despreparo dos funcionários que não devem receber o treinamento adequado.. Me surpreendeu pq a rede Ibis tem um padrão a seguir.
