It clean and comfortable enough. The pool & jacuzzi in great condition. The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast needed some improvements. There was a yogurt machine that wasn’t working & the orange juice wasn’t working.

The room was not clean, it was old carpet, the shower pan was pulled away from the wall. It was horribly noisy from the freeway When I went to leave at 4/20am my key did not work and I waited 2 hours for someone to finally come . No staff at the 24 hr front desk I am immensely unhappy I will never stay again and I do not recommend

Upon arrival they gave away our room because we arrived late after the check in time and claimed they didn’t when I have screenshots showing I booked a 2 room 3 bed suite for 5 people and they gave us a 2 beds for 5 people and one of us had to sleep on the floor.

My room had 2 mice! I checked out that same day and asked for my money back and they said they couldn't do it right at that moment due to not having a manager on call. They mention they would refund me my money and after a few days I called and it was never processed. So they said it would take a couple of days for my refund and they confirmed the card on file and nothing. It's been almost 2 months!

Low budget hotel that is way overpriced for what they actually offer. I would compare this hotel to a motel 6. Upon check in the front desk lady had my key ready as if she was expecting us which was cool but did not let us know when check out was or what time breakfast was. I'm so used to the run down of what the hotel offers when you check in. Don't expect much from this property.
