Our stay was great! The room was clean, the hotel is kid friendly because Legoland is so close, so we didnt feel bad when our kids were being a little louder than normal when playing with eachother. There is a great outdoor shopping center right across the street, but everything closes early (during the week). The office staff was so nice! Theres a pretty mural out front that our kids couldnt get enough pictures in front of. Would stay again for sure when we go to Legaland. Its down the street (GPS said a 12 min WALK).

The property is in a great location. The restaurant/ bar in the hotel is also great ! Lots of food options and a great bar with a nice bar tender ! The room itself is soooo dirty. We couldn’t walk bare foot because of dirty the floor was. The bed sheets had stains on them. We moved the bed a bit so my daughter wouldn’t fall off the bed and under the bed was horrible. We even found rocks under there! By the board of the bed was dusty and lots of hair balls and spider webs. The beds felt old and were not comfortable. The hotel has such great potential with a very nice staff and location but we are so disappointed in the actual room itself.

Noise is Terrible

We had high hopes for this place and while the new furniture and fixtures make the room look updated, the building itself is not. The door to enter our room was right by the parking lot and road so there was added noise anytime someone went by. The worst was our room (115) had a door between the room next to it. There were large 1/2-1” gaps on all sides of the door so a TON of noise came through. You could hear whispers from the next door- let alone their screaming (both children and adults) until 10:30 at night. It was rough. I tried to stuff the gaps with towels but it didn’t help. It felt like they were in our room with us. If you have to stay here, ensure your room is not joined with another and be prepared with earplugs!

Extra charges when you get to the hotel. Sheets were stained Jacuzzi was filthy The curtains in the room were broken couldn’t close them. I called it in and they didn’t come to fix it. The AC was so loud it woke me up when it come on. The clerk that checked us in Said “ I don’t have a breakdown of the exact charges. “ even though the Ad said what you see is what you pay,not true.. This hotel it’s not worth the $$ it’s to run down for what they’re charging.
