Staff left us stranded with an infant and another family at the park for over an hour after closing. We called the hotel to find out the driver went on lunch break because he was never told there were others waiting to be picked up. NEVER AGAIN

New renovated room, A. Property and area around, A. The hair in my sink, shower and on the wall? Buuummmerrr... and not hard to miss. I can understand missing the Pube on the wall. But in the renovated white shower, and two in the white sink? Tough to justify. Check in crew, A. Morning crew that didn't have coffee in the lobby at 7.30a? Aloof and unprepared. I know they weren't the ones drinkin' the coffee! Still half asleep? But... over all, for the value? not terrible and would stay again. I'll bring my own clorox wipes next time.

The grounds were beautiful and enjoyed the pool area. The room was definitely in need of upgrading but saw there was renovations going on in many rooms. The service from check-in to check-out was great.

We had to move to another room as the initial room was under construction. The 2nd room was under another room where the plumbing was bad. It sounded like a helicopter landed on the property each time the guests above us would use their restroom. Overall, the front desk did what they could considering the night shift only has 1 employee working. The hotel is dated and not near the water. There is no view of the ocean and not in walking distance of Legoland.
