Room was clean and recently renovated. They should put more towel hooks in the bathroom area, there was only two small hooks. Overall a great hotel right across the outlet mall and next to some great restaurants.

Need a car or get used to taxis; aside from gas stations and fast food it’s not really near anything except legoland, for which there is a shuttle. Walking to the beach is about 20 mins, part of which is across a bridge with no sidewalk. Exciting. Had pretty bad sleep here; old plumbing making banging and howling noises when the neighbouring rooms showered (at 6am). Room was otherwise comfortable, bed good, but decor felt slightly worn. Random $40 charge for “amenities” on checkin; whatever.

If I would have reviewed any of the reviews prior to my stay I would have chose another place. The room that I had was for handicap access which was dirty, the bathroom function seemed not to standards, one of the bathroom towels was dirty, the room had a mildew/sewer odor, with sewer flies, the room itself still had crumbles on the floor and stains on the walls and curtains. I did complain and no room or payment changes was ever discussed. Maintenance had to fix the toilet lid, and provide proof of the issues back to the office. The front desk just made notes and stated that management would be in contact with us. Which again management never bothered to follow up. The only time management called was on our last day claiming that house keeping was unable to clean the room because they thought we were still there. Which was untrue we had checked out of the room before 11AM, and grabbing a bit to eat at their Wind Mill Hub. Never again would I ever stay and the cost that I paid did not match with the experience. They were also upgrading some of the rooms near by and again the front desk never bothered to tell us or let us know we would be exposed to the construction dust which again is unacceptable and a health and safety hazard.

I wouldn't recommend staying at this property. The only plus is the shuttle to Legoland. The property is not upkept well. The room we stayed in was very dirty. The bed was very uncomfortable and made sounds everytime we moved. They claim to be remodeled, but the property has clearly not been remodeled in years. Just dirty and disguisting.

Staying here again.
I have stayed here many times. I love the pool view and sitting on the patio. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. The pol is nice and the grounds are well kept.
