This property had amazing staff. Our room had stains on the walls, the curtains had holes that were duct-taped together and there were cockroaches in the kitchen area. The pool and gym were both out of order and were not able to be used. Overall was not a great start to our vacation but we powered through.

Property is going down, room’s furniture was old and dirty, kitchen has no pots or pans, no silverware, ice machines are out of order, iron board but no clothes iron. Air Conditioner is broken, will never stay there again, money I paid for this 4 day stay was too much

The staff Jessica was very nice and helpful. Other than that there were broken down cars in the parking lot( looked abandoned). The room was very dirty with broken lamp shades, broken toilet paper holders barely in the wall, blood on the ceiling, the couch was filthy with a big rip in it, the pillows on the bed and couch were flat and looked dirty, underneath the couch had trash , and to top it all off there were roaches on the walls and in the little kitchenette.

This hotel is very dirty and disgusting. The carpet in hallways smell bad. The couch in the room was stained and torn. The towels and bed sheets were also stained. Our room didnt have a desk chair, phone or DVD player like listed in the amenities. The kitchen cabinets and outside of the fridge were super dirty, stains dripping down. The sliding bathroom door wouldn't close all the way. We booked and paid for a suit and were given a standard room so watch out with the scammers at this hotel. The guy working the counter in the evening was super RUDE! When i brought up being given the wrong room, he asked how do i know its wrong. I told him it doesnt look like the pictures from the site where i booked the room. All he was "oh, the pictures, those arent updated and i dont know why they're still up." Were only given 3 towels in the entire room. Everytime we asked for more towels, he gave us attitude. The second time he said they didnt have any and "didnt know where the towels were." When we demanded more towels, we walked to room behind the counter and all of a sudden found more towels.

This place is a dump and very gross. The rooms are dirty, the towels are dirty and when asked for clean ones they did not have any and gave me bathmats. Those are not towels. I had to ask for items that should have all ready been in the room
