The staff was super nice. We had two rooms and both had hair in the bed and one also had stains on the sheets and the A/C was super loud. We didn’t complain as we were dead tired and just wanted to sleep after a long travel.

Go across the street to Hampton.
Stay was standard, what's expected at these type of hotels. The only thing I had issues with was with customer service or shall I say lack of. There was always a wait for someone to be at the front desk, housekeeping personnel tended to me half the time at the desk as they were cleaning. When I needed to speak to a manager, they were never to be found and when I finally spoke to her, she was very rude.

Found mattress with old blood stains. Swimming pool had hair balls. At 5:30 am found our receipt on the floor by the door, I prefer the receipt should be given at checkout. I felt it was unprofessional. This location is under staff. One staff did almost everything. Overall, it was nice.
