Nice place, with very friendly staff. Our suite was probably the most spacious I’ve ever stayed in. Huge bathroom and L-shaped sofa sleeper that means one has a huge soft “nightstand” area built into the sofa bed. Tons of bed pillows to share with the person who ends up sleeping on the sofa.

Clean room, friendly staff, good location. Only complaint in the large, spacious room is the TV placement, along with the mounting bracket, makes it impossible to watch comfortably from either the bed or couch area. Would highly recommend this hotel for Carlsbad.

It was nice, but some little things need to change

The curtains do not close and light just was always in the room. It was ridiculous actually. Up on the third floor and should have been able to close the darn blinds. Also, the shower had black all over the bottom. Looked like mold. For as much as we paid, some of this stuff was surprising. Also, having to go down to the first floor to get ice was crazy.

The Comfort Suites in Carlsbad, NM is well-run and managed. Great, kind service. Clean rooms. Close to the Carlsbad Caverns National Park. Exceptionally good breakfast. We felt safe and comfortable. The laundry facilities were very clean and efficient. I highly recommend staying with them. We stayed 2 nights.

Small amount of water damage in the bathroom. And only had 1 elevator going.. other than that, an excellent hotel! Pool/jacuzzi was clean and well PH'd. Staff was the friendliest and most helpful i think I've ever had. The rooms were beyond comfortable!! Spacious and the beds were very nice. Slept well for my stay. Would highly recommend. I will do my best to stay at comfort suites from now on.

Experience was great overall, despite the fact we had to wait an extra almost 2 hours for our room to be ready they were so polite and accommodating. They even handed out fresh milk and hot cookies in the lobby for my children.

Great hotel

It was clean, everyone was very nice and helpful. At first my key didn't not work, I am disabled, i struggle to walk, the employee came up, opened my door, went down to replace my card and brought a new one back up to me so that I did not have to walk around the hotel.
