Book your stay
Friendly front office staff. The rooms looked to be updated, very clean, and spacious. The highway noise is expected since the hotel is right off the highway, but i was so exhausted from Legoland that it didnt bother me or anyone of my little family. Highly recommend.

At first arrival no parking. all entrances blocked off lot filled with heavy equipment smell of asphalt and sewer. Asked to park next door..all full. Only parking over 2 blocks away. Walked into place with no apologies.. Got room , super noisy , toilet ran slow and by morning clogged. Go down for "breakfast , as advertised..not continental..website states breakfast.. one type of packaged roll and juice was the breakfast. Dried out roll . . Next morning staff making fun of us for asking where the rest of breakfast was. Finally able to use parking lot 2nd day and handicapped was made across the parking lot not by the entrance. The Owners BMW was parked there by the entrance. They did however give me a new room due to clogged sewer but the noise from freeway was so loud you couldnt hear tv which by the way was all gray like fogged over. No dresser in either room leaving us to leave our clothes in suitcases.. . I have never left a bad review and love Wyndham hotels..their breakfast is always amazing. These owners or managers are cheap and do not see the customers as a priority. But..to hear my grandson sad cause they were making fun of us looking for the breakfast is childish, rude and extremely unprofessional. . By the way..im disabled..i wear a brace and not once did they offer any assistance to improve our stay or compensate for all the inconvenience. Very disappointed.

Was a nice clean room but the hotel is right next to I5 so it was loud if you aren’t used to traffic noise. Even in the back of the hotel away from the hwy. Otherwise its a great quick overnight stay.

While the walls and door were a bit dated the room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. Tv worked great with lots of channels and the staff was very kind and friendly

It was okay - I would say the rooms themselves work just fine, and is really close to the beaches. It was all you needed for coming back from a long day out in San Diego/Carlsbad area. The staff were nice enough. The immediate area was a bit uneasy, but not much can do being right on highway. The staff cleaned the room every night which was unexpected so giving it a 4 stars. Had a parking spot each time. Have to complain about the breakfast though like others - just don't advertise it. The coffee and juice is very nice, but if advertising breakfast included - the bagged pastry item is going to bother some

We could hear normal conversation in the room next door, so well that we could make out every word. Footsteps on the floor of the room upstairs awakened us. Traffic noise from I-5 was overbearing and constant.

“Courtesy Breakfast” is misleading. Many customers complained. Traffic noise is overwhelming on one side of the hotel…and annoying on the other side. The lower than normal rate/day is appropriate.

Stayed for 4 nights at the carlsbad days inn. Property is conveniently situated near the freeway, however, this in turn, makes it quite noisy, all day long. The staff are really friendly, and the property/ rooms are clean and well maintained. The area felt safe and secure. Its only a 5 to 6 minute drive to carlsbad village. Dining estalishments are limited near the property, as are public transport facilities. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would like to say thankyou to all at the Carlsbad days inn.
