Great Hotel. Hiltons Honors is Not.

On-site free breakfast is excellent. Room is great. Spacious. Beds are comfortable. Internet is adequate, not great. But Hilton Honors was terrible. Refused to honor since booked on Hotels. “To receive Hilton Honors benefits, the stay should be booked using official Hilton channel (app/website), your stay at Hampton Inn is not eligible for Hilton Honors benefits (points/stay/nights credit) since it is booked using a third-party website.”

Great staff, amazing continental breakfast, nice gym and pool facilities and comfy rooms. Black mold in bathrooms and towels sopping up something smelly for days on our floor (near elevator) made the stay a little less enjoyable.

Hotel was clean and smelked clean. Breakfast was great with many options and hard working staff. Housekeeping were available on request and were happy to help. The pool is boring kinda stuck out back. The very worst part of the experience and be the reason I may not book again is the parking. The spots are so narrow that you can barely fit in them and ooen the doors. Many drivers park over the line and then use up 2 spots since there is even less space for someone to park. Very frusterating and seems like corners were cut in the design.

Had a wonderful stay at Hampton Carlsbad. I chose this hotel because it was close to Legoland, free parking and free breakfast. Room was clean and spacious, and staff was friendly and courteous.

This location, as opposed to the Murrieta Hampton, was excellent. This was my second time staying here and the staff and amenities could not have been better. The rooms are clean. The breakfast not only saves money when traveling with kids and family, but the food was kid friendly and everyone loved it. The staff and hotel check in with you and make sure you are happy. Cannot recommend this location enough.
