Andrew, the manager, was very helpful. However, the hotel was extremely noisy—I had to move rooms three times during a 2-night stay. First, it was loud near the pool with a noisy softball team, then by an exterior door with constant noise. The third room was finally quiet, and I was able to rest.

The check in staff was incredible. They were very accomodating for a busy weekend! I only had a couple of complaints that I mentioned to the front desk - The water smelled like sewage and the toilet makes a screaming whistle sound. The restaurant service was very slow - and was not busy, so I wouldnt recommend that, but the accomodations were great for our room!

Overall ok

Overall was good, Just for our luck there was a big group with kids team. Couldn’t really enjoy the amenities of the hotel since they took over most of the amenities around the hotel during our stay so couldn’t really enjoy much of the hotel. Night time was just a party of kids running and playing around the hallways close to our room so was hard to go to sleep. Hotel was not bad, just would have to try it a different time when it’s not so busy for a holiday weekend and maybe have a better experience.

The hotel overall was clean and comfortable however we were on the first floor and due to having laminate floor in the guest rooms as opposed to carpet we could hear a lot of noise from people walking on the floor above us
