It was an unexpected type of motel but it met our needs completely!! The location is good for local workmen as well as travelers passing through Carlsbad.

Hotel is clean, and affordable, but rooms are very small. Good choice for a single person on a work trip. Free breakfast includes burritos, but they are 'meh'. Owner is friendly and responsive.

This is a very economical choice but great for the price. The staff was awesome, friendly, and accommodating. The room is very small but clean and comfortable. If you're just needing a place to sleep for a night or two this place is awesome.

The owners are amazing, very friendly. They knew my flight was leaving before breakfast hours, and they got up early and made me a good hot breakfast to go. The Karbani Inn was a nice change from staying in chain hotels. I love to support small businesses.

It was fine for what we needed, cool idea, staff was very night and accommodating. It was close enough to Carlsbad, bed was clean, towels didn’t seem clean. Breakfast was grab and go. Overall would stay here again if passing through.

The staff is very friendly and it’s a great location for both parks. It’s just a clean place to sleep. There is nothing fancy about this place, but it was perfect for what we needed.

no a hotel, it is a motel at best. tiny space, noisy AC 2 inch from small bed, folding plastic table and one chair... in the middle of industrial area, neighbor to heavy machinery rental.. etc.

Very unique, as this motel is modular buildings. It is very clean, the owners are wonderful people. The breakfast in the morning was fresh breakfast burritos, fruit, coffe and pastries!
