I was miserable the entire time. They placed me in a room alongside the housekeeping service room so I had the misfortune of listening to the extremely loud service carts full or cleaning supplies and laundry being driven down the sidewalk outside my room. My hotel room door was missing the seals around and under the door so the sound poured through the door as if it were wide open. I was awakened by their staff constantly and had 2 days of horrible sleep. On top of this the room was old and run down. Both my toilet was broken and my shower rod was broken on both sides away from the shower walls. Very poorly maintained

The property itself needs some updates. The stair rails have rusted past their welding patches or prior repair. We had a new key card made daily, sometimes twice daily because they stopped or never worked. The overall was clean and the staff friendly. I would return.

I was looking for a suite near Legoland- Carlsbad. I came across this property, I was excited due to the location, this particular room offered a separate space for my children with bunk beds, free parking & continental breakfast which were all perks. However the photos presented online were very misleading, in no way did they represent was is being advertised and what people are paying for. This room only offered non refundable bookings at the time which loops you into your stay. The room smelled damp, there were ants, suspicious stains on the ways, carpet was in frail condition. The room appears to lack any updated asthetics. I will not stay at this property again.

The property is dated and the room smells a bit musty. Bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good. We had an issue with a noisy neighbor and ended up moving rooms at midnight. The hotel desk staff was was so kind and accommodating with that. Overall I would not stay here again. We would spend the extra money for something nicer.

The showers were a little beat down, shower head seemed to be falling apart. Some ants near the restroom and bed. We stayed 2 nights and both nights were noisy. Extremely loud bangs around 12-2 am. So inconvenient due to having a 1 year old and every time we heard the thunpa the baby would wake up. It was okay but if i had to choose to come back i would not.
