We were not informed the hot water was off when we checked in. They had issues since the day before. When i called , they said it would be on in 30 mins after I called. We should been informed to move to another hotel or given some sort of compensation.

Nightmare experience
We were on a road trip our two year old son. The manager at the front desk checked us in, knowing that there was no heat and hot water, during this peak winter. We settled into the room and we were trying to give a bath to our son, we realized that there was no hot water and later realized that the heat in the room isn’t working aswell. When asked, the manager said they had an issue and had to turn heat and hot water off. If she was aware of the issue, why didn’t she mention it to us?? With a rude and blunt voice, she asked us to check out if we want at 11pm in the night, without any apology for all the inconvenience. We had to find and move to a different hotel. Terrible and worst experience ever. There were a lot of other guests went through the same experience.

We enjoyed our stay at this La Quinta. The beds were comfy and the complimentary breakfast was quite tasty! The staff was also very nice and so was the price of the rooms. We watched some lovely movies on the Lifetime channel.

The bath was out of body soap and shampoo. There was a 6 inch hole in the blanket on one of the beds. I informed the front desk about all of these things, she was astonished and said they would fixed. The evening check in women was very nice and recommended a dinner location, it was good.

It was a great stay. The front desk attendants were super nice and accommodating!!! And the shower water pressure the best!! Soft fluffy towels too!! Breakfast could use a little work but still good

Made reservation online when we arrived to the La Quinta reservation was not found. Took a while to get the issue resolved by giving me a refund and hopefully that shows up on my card and then recharging me for the room. And then after getting to the room there was a roach in the room.
