I paid a little extra for a nicer room and it was honeslty worth it. I actually really liked tne location and the Motel 6 was one of the nicer ones i have stayed at. You definitely get what you pay for. I'm so glad i brought my own pillow. The pillo was thereare tiny and there were only 3 of them. There are no toiletries other thsn a bar of soap so make sure you bring your own shampoo, conditioner, lotion ect. For a little over $100 total it was well worth it and I will definitely stay here again.

The new to me front desk staff are friendly and nice. A male with well kept longer brown hair wears his motel 6 shirt and name badge has checked us in before. He explained concisely how the reservation & confirmation works when two people with two beds check into a room using a third party. He has great patience. Thanks! The young lady last night I commented on her nice stylish eyeglasses was very efficient and gets 5 stars out of 5 stars. She’s the best!

Had a lot of fun .there's a lot of things you can choose from around the motel 6 east. The beach is in walking distance food and bars as well. They have a great staff always smiling and very nice. And i dont know her name but works in front is very helpful. Thank you.

Although next to the freeway, it’s surprisingly quiet. Room is spacious and has what is necessary. Beds are comfortable and the room appeared clean upon entering. Exactly what i needed for a one night stay before a day at Legoland. I have a toddler and felt safe.

The motel is right next to the highway, so the noise is constant and very loud. The staff service is terrible—three times I was given the wrong key card that couldn’t open my room, and check-in took me 45 minutes from 6 pm to 7 pm. Unless you’re extremely wealthy and just looking to donate money to a terrible motel, stay away.

stay away from this motel, they are bad for the customer bad for the hotel industry. Why the city of Carlsbad allowed such a business to offer its services to the public, they hold a prime location but used to to abuse customers. Motel 6 headquarter should think twice about this franchise they are tarnishing the image. Untrained and unprofessional staff

I like how close it is to the Ocean. The cooler weather because of its close to Pacific Ocean. There seems to be ann expensive mode unlike Motel 6 prices of the past times. That's bad, and insects are in many rooms and the bugs Annoy me when I am trying to sleep. Come See!
