Overall the hotel is fine. The clerk who checked us in was rude. Never greeted us, made me feel like I was bothering her. Unprofessional dtessed - wearing a white winter hat and she had blue stars stamped all over her face. She is a very poor representative for your hotel.

Staff was friendly at check in and check out. Room was clean. Monica offered us a list of restaurants nearby with her personal recommendations and an info guide on the Carlsbad Caverns. Continental breakfast was very good. Would stay again.
