The Quality Inn and Suites in Carlsbad met our needs as we traveled from the caverns and have been camping. The front desk associates both PM check-in and AM departure could not have been more courteous and helpful. Washer and dryer worked great too. Room was very clean,.spacious and comfortable. A little noisy in the AM as Oil Rig workers get up early but not too bad. Would stay here again if in area

The room was ok, but smelled musty. It was clean though. The toilet would not flush well. The front desk lady said she would put in a work order. Never saw anyone and the flushing never improved. The water tasted awful. The ice from the ice machine was fine. The young lady working the evening shift was fantastic. Very attentive and helpful. Breakfast was typical for a hotel breakfast. Overall was good. Just bring bottled water.
