The room was clean, but it had a strange smell to it. The handle on my shower came off and I had to use a pair of channel locks to turn the shower on. I talked to two other people and they had problems with their shower as well. There was construction going on so there was no breakfast bar. I have stayed at some of their other properties that were top notch, this one needs a little TLC. I will say that the staff and the customer service reps were very nice.

Toilet was broken, it was suggested I fix it myself, ac was mild at best, no breakfast as advertised, laundry facilities was a single washer and dryer in the hallway, you can tell they horde all the oil money they make, stay away

Old outdated beat up furnishings, musty smell, dirty carpet, chipped up tub, pinholes in curtain which wouldn’t close all the way, and a 3/4” open gap between the door and the frame…that’s right…you could actually see the hallway from the room and the room from the hallway. I stuffed a bath towel in the open space and closed the door on it to get some privacy. Completely sick of paying a hundred bucks for one night this sort of shabby accommodations.
