The lady at the front was so nice, this location has two large bbq areas by pool so got to cook steaks while kids swam. Very cozy room

Our stay was wonderful. The only issue was there was a family that let their children run up and down the hallways late at night but this is not the hotel’s fault. Enjoy our stay!

Very CLEAN, well cared for property with professional, courteous and helpful staff. After traveling and staying in disappointing hotels for a week this one was just what we needed. We will stay again when in town. Great job to the managing staff !

Poor at best
The kitchen was nit as advertised and barely equipped. The sink was backed up and we needed to have the staff come in and unclog the garbage disposal. The shower hand mold and mildue above the 6.5 foot mark. The beds were marginal at best. The front desk staff said they would comp us bouns points for the inconvenience and that never happed. Dont waste your time and money. Their are plenty of other places to stay

Loved the location and convivence to both Carlsbad Caverns and Guadalupe Mountains Nation Park. The room itself was a great size with a full kitchenette. Refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, 12 cup coffee maker, and 2-burner top made it very easy to have meals in our room after long days of hiking. Bathroom was a great size, closet had great shelving and storage.

Our room was big and very nice. We loved the table, chair& kitchen. We loved having the gym open 24 hours. The breakfast offered many choices.
